Come back again and again!

Clip clop, clip clop, the horses with riders in their finery, are crossing the street.

Just moments ago, the two little boys watching were taking selfies with an alpaca and having turns walking it around the pavilion.

Today they have traded their gaming devices for running from one animal pavilion to the next!

They’ve seen the merino sheep puffed up high with their woolly coats and big curly horns, they’ve watched the tiniest baby piglets sleeping in the sun next to their sow-mum—and couldn’t believe the size of her! They’ve even heard cows moo-ing and roosters crowing for the very first time in their life.

Soon they’ll be headed to the Main Arena for the evening entertainment. Mum and Dad are looking forward to sitting down and resting their feet. The boys can’t wait to cheer for the high-flying Moto-X bike riders who do somersaults—with their bikes—three stories in the air! They watched it all at lunchtime and have come back for more!

This may be a normal day at the Easter Show, but for these boys it’s been a day of amazement and wonder like they’ve never experienced before in their life.

The day ends spectacularly with the loudest boom-crackle-crackle-boom of the fireworks, and as the family wander their way back to the car, the boys ask, “can we come back again tomorrow?”
