She’s only 6yrs old, but little Nicky is sitting absolutely still, not moving a muscle, not making a sound because a soft baby lamb is sound asleep on her lap.
Her Dad stands a short distance away watching his daughter, she’s been sitting there for over an hour, and it’s hard to tell whose enjoying this moment more, Nicky or her dad. This is why he brought her. These are the memories he has of going to the Sydney Royal Easter Show when he was boy—all the amazing farmyard animals to pat and feed and hold on your lap. This is why he brought his daughter to the Show.

The Farmyard Nursey is an amazing indoor, open-plan paddock with over 750 free-range animals all walking around waiting for visitors to feed them, pat them, hold them. From ducklings and geese, chicks and chickens, to lambs, sheep, goats and donkeys.
