From German Shepherds to Whippets, Huskies, Field Spaniels and Cattle Dogs. Breed Stall Day is your chance to get up close and personal with dogs of all types, find out about their traits and personalities and speak to the breeders.

Totally irresistible! Aged between 3 - 6 months, these little guys romp and roam their way around the ring, capturing hearts everywhere they pass. Every day just before lunch, these littlest wagging tails take to the ring for Best Baby Puppy of the Day, with Best Baby Puppy in Show awarded on 21 April.

The ADVANCE™ Sydney Royal Dog Show 'Best in Show' Day is the culmination of nine days of judging and brings together the finest representatives of each breed. This distinguished event celebrates the pinnacle of canine excellence.

Answering the age-old question... obviously the egg came first! Watch as little cracks appear and our baby chicks take their first tentative peep at the world around them. It's a magical sight for young and old... On average an egg takes 21 days from laying until the first 'pip' or crack appears and we have them hatching every day at the Show.

The iconic ADVANCE™ Sydney Royal Dog Show is a celebration of wagging tails with a whole range of competition, entertainment, and displays.

In 2025, the prestigious conformation competition will be even bigger with the introduction of a brand-new Show judged on an international platform. It gives Exhibitors the chance to show their dog twice in one day and visitors have two opportunities to see their favourite breeds strut their stuff in the ring.

The program includes a day of Obedience competition for the dogs, while on the final day it’s Agility with the most athletic showing off their skills and stamina over a series of obstacles against the clock.

At lunchtimes the Police Canine Team will wow-the-crowd with their incredible ability, training, and intelligence.

On the final day it’s all about perfectly primped pooches with the hairdryers in overdrive for the Dogs Australia Canine Grooming Championship Show.

Best in Show Day is, of course, the highlight of the ADVANCE™ Sydney Royal Dog Show and takes place on Monday, 21 April, with the cream of the crop on edge to find out who will be crowned 2025 ‘Best in Show’. Four international judges will be joining us this year, from Mexico, Brazil, and Sweden.

Surf’s up - get ready to ride the Beach Party and coast along and around the coolest scene at the Show. Lifting riders up in the air and spinning them round, the Beach Party offers more thrills than your usual day beside the seaside.

Established in 2011, this is now one of the biggest frog and reptile competitions in Australia, as well as one of the most popular amongst all Show visitors. Non-venomous snakes, lizards and a range of frogs are judged on appearance and breed standard, so they are certainly not your common garden variety lizards.

Australian Wildlife Displays will be hosting talks and displays every day of the Show inside the Pet Pavilion.

The Flower & Garden shop located within the Flower & Garden Pavilion is where a team florists create fresh bouquets daily for sale, along with a variety of other interesting plants, flowers, and garden-related products and gifts. Browse a variety of growing gifts and potted plants, including bromeliads, orchids, lucky bamboos, succulents, and carnivorous plants.

On the afternoon of the last day of the show, any remaining stock will be sold at discounted prices.

The Flower & Garden Stage will feature an exciting lineup of talks, presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on activations from a diverse group of industry experts.

Each day, the stage will host informative presentations covering a wide range of engaging topics. This is a unique opportunity to take a break, relax, all the while enjoying interesting educational talks and live demonstrations, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and interact with the experts.

Most people know them as guinea pigs, but to breeders and enthusiasts they are a cavy! These cute and cuddly critters adore human company and make wonderful, easy-to-care-for pets.

At the Show for one day only, the NSW Cavy Club will run two separate competitions, one for individual breed classes and one for the ultimate Best in Show across all breeds.

Experienced beekeepers are on hand, sharing how apiarists care for their bees and harvest their delicious honey, and to answer any questions buzzing around in your head. Once you’ve had your fill of fascinating facts, make a beeline for the nearby Honey Land stand to sample and purchase some liquid gold!

Watch as the cutest and most talented pups from all over compete for the coveted title, showcasing their adorable charm and incredible skills. Whether you're a dog lover or just looking for some furry fun, this is a must-attend event for all ages. Don't miss out on the cuteness overload and join us for a day of tail-wagging excitement!

So, how does wool get from the sheep's back onto yours? You'll find out in this display which demonstrates how wool is collected, prepared, spun and knitted into clothing. Here you'll also learn about other wool craft including crocheting, disk braiding and latch hook.

The Yandiah ladies who run this display every day of the Show, have volunteered their time for many years. They are tireless in their efforts to promote wool and its benefits.

Take on a professional at their own game, and try your hand at flower arranging! Audience members can take to the stage to do exactly as the florist has done... can you mirror the work of a professional, in front of a live audience?

Each day fearless flower lovers from the audience will go up against our florist. Win or lose it doesn’t matter - you'll create your own gorgeous display to take home!

Not only are goats incredibly curious, they also love to have fun, and what is more fun for a baby goat (also known as a kid) than climbing? Our goats can spend all day climbing up and down their man-made mountain. These kids are natural dare devils and enjoy nothing more than a game or two of ‘king of the mountain’!
