Ticket Information

Entry tickets to the 2025 Sydney Royal Easter Show will be available through Ticketmaster.

Sydney Royal Easter Show Tickets:

Family Ticket:  2 Adults and 2 children.

Child Ticket:  Aged 4 to 15 years, 3 and under are free.  

Adult Ticket:  Over 16+ who do not meet the requirements of a Child or Concession.

Concession Ticket: 
Students - Aged 16+ with an approved NSW School or Tertiary card.  State Pensioner Concession Card or NSW Senior Citizen Card required

PWD Ticket: Companion card holders must display their companion card at time of purchase to receive a free carers ticket.

Please note that all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.

When purchasing a Person with a Disability Ticket, should you have a Companion Card and/or Vision Impaired + Attendant card, you will be able to obtain a complimentary ticket for your companion with your PWD Ticket purchase. Person with a Disability Tickets who also require a carer's ticket are available to those issued with acceptable identification.

The Sydney Royal Easter Show recognises the following cards as evidence for the purchase of this type of Person with a Disability Ticket:
 
Vision Impaired Persons Pass (VIP) with reference to the words 'Plus Attendant' Companion Card which is issued by your state government.

These cards entitle a carer to enter the Show for free with a person with a disability. The person with a disability must present their valid card at point of purchase or gate entry for their attendant to enter for free.
 
Please contact if you have any other queries in regards to what identification being accepted and if you are unsure what ticket options work best for you if you are considering purchasing a different ticket type such as, Family Pass ticket or any others.
 
This entitlement is only available to a carer when they are accompanying the person with a disability.

You're invited to join us on Wednesday evening 9 April 2025 from 6.00pm - 9.00pm for an exclusive ticket-only preview evening showcasing the incredible pieces entered in the Sydney Royal Arts & Crafts Show Competition. You'll have an opportunity to view and purchase award winning artwork and craft exhibits before the Show opens to the public.

This is an evening offering music and award presentations in a relaxed cocktail environment whilst browsing the exhibits from rural landscapes to portraits, photography, sculptures, pottery, cake decorating, quilting and much more.

Applications for a donation of tickets to the 2025 Sydney Royal Easter Show have now closed.

Applications for the 2026 Sydney Royal Easter Show will open on 5 January 2026.

Please note, the Charity Ticket inbox has been set up to automatically delete any incoming emails after the 31 January 2025 , so please don't submit your request before this date. 

If you wish to make a request for a donation of tickets to the 2026 Sydney Royal Easter Show, consideration will only be given to registered charities and your Charity Registration Number must be supplied. 

If your Registered Charity would like to be considered for a donation of Sydney Royal Easter Show tickets, you must submit your request in writing via email, after 5 January 2026. The request must be emailed on company letterhead which provides your Charity's registration number, the number of tickets you are requesting and how the tickets will be distributed. 

Ticket requests are decided on a case-by-case basis by the RAS of NSW, and requests that do not contain the relevant information will not be considered. 

The allocation of charity tickets will not be determined until a month out from the Show and if your charity is successful, we will post your tickets shortly after.

This immersive walkthrough experience brings you face-to-face with the fearsome and spectacular dinosaurs that dominated the animal world for 140 million years. From the formidable Velociraptors to the mighty T-rex, interact with huge, moving animatronics of a large variety of species, and see these magnificent creatures in their natural Jurassic habitat. Step into another world and learn something new in an experience that's fun for the whole family!

The Big Bush BBQ is a beloved tradition that combines food, community, and a meaningful cause. Located at Schmidt Arena, daily from 9:00am to 3:30pm offering Showgoers the chance to enjoy a sausage sizzle with sauce and a bottle of water - for just $5.

Every dollar raised goes to rural NSW communities. Each day, a different Agricultural Show runs the BBQ, advocating for their local Show while raising much needed funds for their community. When you stop by the Big Bush BBQ, you’re not just grabbing a snag, you’re making a difference.

2 Follow the instructions to preload your credits. 

3 Tap and Ride or Tap and Play straight from the App or collect your Fun Pass card. You can still link cards to the app if you don’t want to tap with your phone, or if you prefer, we’ll load a fun pass card with credits for you from a dedicated Fun Pass booth at the Show.

Your Fun Pass can be topped up at specially marked booths, self-service kiosks, or via our Easter Show Fun Pass app.

Fun Passes could come in handy if you need to transfer value or split the crew and head off in different directions.

Fun Pass Credit Refunds 

You can load credits with confidence knowing you can refund the value of unused credits after the Show, strictly for a limited time. To refund, simply jump into the Easter Show Fun Pass app and use the ‘refund button’ to make an application within 30 days of the Show finishing.

Refunds commence on 09:00am Wednesday 23 April 2025 until 11:59pm Thursday 22 May 2025 and will be processed within 14 business days. At the end of the refund period the credits expire, they do not carry over to the next Show.

The value of unused credits will be returned within 14 business days of your application, please note that the refund application attracts a $2.50 processing fee.
