Top 10 Animal Itinerary

8:30 AM – Arrival & Entry
Arrive at Sydney Olympic Park and enter via the Main Gate on Olympic Boulevard.
Collect a map, schedule, and information wristbands for the kids at the entrance or at the MasterChef Information Booth.

8:45 AM – Farmyard Nursery & Animal Walk
Start your day in the much-loved Farmyard Nursery.
Pat and feed baby animals like lambs, chicks, ducklings, donkeys, goats, and more.
Follow the Animal Walk trail to meet goats, pigs, alpacas, ducks, and clucking chooks, with lots of hands-on opportunities for the little ones.

9:30 AM – Poultry Pavilion
Explore the Poultry & Pigeon Pavilion filled with ducks, chickens, turkeys, and geese.
Visit the Journey of an Egg interactive centre.
Watch chicks hatching live and gently pat the softest baby chicks during the
Pat-a-Chick session.

10:15 AM – Pig & Goat Pavilion
Step into the Pig & Goat Pavilion for some farmyard fun. One of the star attraction of this Pig & Goat Pavilion is Big Boar, Meet Brock the Boar.
Pat cheeky piglets, watch a pig being gently washed, and meet a sow with her newborn litter.
Let the kids giggle as goats playfully climb Goat Mountain.

11:00 AM – Morning Tea Break
Stop for a break at the Woolworths Fresh Food Dome or a shaded picnic area nearby.
Grab a vegan smoothie, fruit cup, or a plant-based slice with coffee.
Perfect time to hydrate and reset before more exploring.

Remember you are allowed to bring your own food from home and enjoy the Show experience.

11:30 AM – Sheep Pavilion & Working Dog Display
Head to the Sheep Pavilion to see different breeds, shearing demos, and award-winning Merinos.
Watch a thrilling Working Dog Display as dogs and handlers show off their amazing herding skills.

12:30 PM – Lunch at Jamison Station
Relax and refuel at Jamison Station’s picnic area with barn-style shade.
Enjoy vegetarian pasta, falafel wraps, or vegan burgers from nearby food stalls.
Kids can explore the hay-bale maze, gold panning, or see the blacksmith in action.
Remember you are allowed to bring your own food from home and enjoy the Show experience.

1:30 PM – Riverina Fresh Working Dairy
Visit the Riverina Fresh Dairy and see cows being milked live.
Chat with farmers and watch modern milking tech in action.
Take a peek at adorable calves and majestic Clydesdales.

2:15 PM – Alpacas, Fancy Calves & More
Join the Alpaca Walk and snap a selfie with these gentle creatures.
Don’t miss the Fancy Dress Calf Competition, where baby cows dress up in hilarious and heartwarming costumes.
Watch alpaca shearing and learn about their ultra-soft fleece.

3:00 PM – Showbags & Sweet Treats
Head into the Showbag Pavilion for some fun showbag shopping.
Pick up the Give & Gather bag or favourites like Bluey, Barbie, or Pokémon.
Stop by for vegan-friendly ice cream or a fruity treat before winding down the day.

4:00 PM – Dogs & Bark Park
Head to the ADVANCE™ Bark Park to cuddle and meet dog breeds of all shapes and sizes.
Watch the Festival of Dog Sports with flying pups and obstacle tricks.
Catch the Police Dog Demonstration or Farmer Dave’s K9 shows at the Pet Entertainment Arena.

5:15 PM – Australian Wildlife & Aviary Experience
Visit the Australian Wildlife Display for a hands-on encounter with reptiles and marsupials.
Then swing by the Aviary Bird & Tame Parrot Display for a chat with colourful feathered friends and learn about endangered species.

6:00 PM – Dinner near ENGIE Stadium
Settle in for an early dinner near the main arena.
Choose from vegan pizza, vegetarian dumplings, or pasta at nearby food trucks.
RAS Members may be eligible for dining discounts or reserved seating—don’t forget your member card!

6:45 PM – Evening Arena Entertainment
Grab a great spot in ENGIE Stadium for the evening performances.
On select nights (15, 17, 21 April), enjoy Entertainment Showjumping with thrilling stunts and Olympic-level riders.

8:50 PM – Fireworks Spectacular
End your action-packed day with a breathtaking fireworks display in the Main Arena.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the grand finale of a day filled with animals, joy, and unforgettable family fun.
